I think the best way to improve your English is by: (a) Reading English novels, short-stories, journals, newspapers and consulting any standard English dictionary. (b) Watching English movies & television serials, preferably with 'English Subtitles'. (c) Reading any standard text book on 'English Grammar & Composition' (d) Referring to Google for links on 'Grammar Exercises' 'Composition' and 'precis writing'. I feel that you are blessed with an 'urge' to learn, and I'm confident that 'learn', you WILL. I respect your 'indomitable' spirit to learn. I wish you all the VERY best in your quest for knowledge.
