I have seen a few men in here who are prime suspects for ISIS involvement... I have also seen a few women in here, who exhibit the recruitment techniques used by ISIS, to attract more men into their spineless organization... BE AWARE, people... Don't be fooled by a pretty face and some nice words... and be careful what personal information you share with someone you have never met yet, in person.. As well as trying to lure people into their organization, they also want to steal personal information to use as their aliases.................... Jag is this speculation or do you have proof . ....i disagree, there are many sects to all religions, muslim included.. my main point here is who cares what me or anyone else calls them... it's not going to change anything, they are bad people that should be dealt with... trying to say they are not muslims is like saying baptists are not christians... My point.., is not the label, but the actions... Ask any reasonable Muslim religious leader if they want their religion to be grouped together with terrorism.. and I will bet you breakfast, that they say "no"... Ask any reasonable Christian, Buddhist, Shinto, Indigenous, Taoist, (etc./etc./etc) spiritual leaders if they want to be remembered/associated for doing the wrongs their own Peoples did... The answers will also be "no"... These are "terrorists"... They come from ALL walks of life... All colors of skin, all races, denominations, creeds, sexual orientations.. (etc./etc./etc.)... They pervert the meaning of religion/spirituality for their own personal agendas... They feed on fear, power, control and personal hates... and want all of their followers to feel the same.. (basically.. they want them to be robots and not individual thinkers)... It's like calling: .... "Adɔlf ' Hɪtlɐ (Hitler)_... a Jew.. (because he was part Jewish..) ... Jim Jones (Jonestown Massacre) ... a Cherokee or follower of Hindu (Ghandi), because he had these influences in his life... ... Charles Manson... a follower of the Beatles philosophy of Love and Peace... .... Marshall Applewhite (Heaven's Gate)... an extra-terrestrial, because he believed they were going to bring his following to God... ...and your own previous reference of the KKK as being Christian..., because they use crosses... and wear white robes... ALL these definitions would be wrong..., because that was not what really defines any of them... What did/does define them, was/is "power/control and looking for people to follow THEM".., just as ISIS is doing now... and all of these people use/used brain-washing and as a means of trying to get misguided souls/people to follow their teachings.. and they use whatever means necessary to achieve their twisting of other people's words.. and try to make them their own... As an example, the way you are bantering back and forth with Shiek.. and Conrad's refusal to look at all sides of an argument before coming to any conclusions is just a milder form of this... It does not help.. It only makes more divisions between people... We all need to step outside our zone of comfort and examine what makes us individuals.. and that the same time.., "the same"... WE ARE ALL ONE... "MANKIND"... And if we are going to continue in this world, we need to realize this..., or history will constantly keep repeating itself and we will not survive.. I refer to my own pathway, because it has been a study and mix of many doctrines over my lifetime, as I have seen both good and bad in all sections of society... People who claim "It's my way, or the highway".. aren't going to get through to them... Yes... You are right... Things have to be done, to stop this kind of injustice..., but does two wrongs make a right, in your books..? (My dear mother would argue this point with you... LOL!) I think we have to treat them like misguided children... Cut off their pleasures... Cut off their means of attaining more artillery... Cut off their food sources.... Cut off their access to money... Cut off their means to communicate with the rest of the world.. Let them be alone for awhile and think about their actions... Then.., maybe..., in their lonely state... they will look inside and see that their hate comes from within.. and not without... There is no ONE true religion/spirituality in the world that will make sense to every individual... (and I know many will get their knickers in a knot for me saying this.., but this is my own belief).. We all have to find our own connection to the higher power (God.. or whatever chosen name you want to put here) in our own way.. and through a pathway we can personally connect/identify with... Whether some religious/spiritual leaders believe it or not, God does not care which faith you worship in... God does not judge.. Humans do this... To call ANY acts of violence against Man (and/or ANY other species of life on this planet)... "religious/spiritual".. (the way God wants it to be) ...is just prostituting the words for your own personal agendas.. If we are to be "humans"..., let us be "humane"... BLESSINGS TO ALL! |

I have had messages from a friend of mine and answered her concerns... and then realized that maybe this is something that applies to this thread, too.. I'll try and adjust it a bit, here... (but I make mistakes and probably more typos than most... LOL!)
To everyone involved.... and/or... thinking about being involved with ISIS: ....Do you want my opinion..? (I'm going to give it to you anyway, because this is who I am.. LOL!) 
Don't rush it.. Don't get into a relationship or join a community of people just because you are lonely... (many of us do this.. and I have done this in the past myself, many times.., before I stopped the pattern)... Pray yourself.. Ask God (Allah/Buddah.. place your own desired name here for the higher power) for guidance.. (not your own mind/ego... and not just from another person).. We all have angels/guides around us, at all times.. We also have the spirits of our ancestors around us, when we ask for their presence.. (in my pathway)... When we are lonely/depressed/etc.. we often look to alcohol/drugs/food/sex/gambling/fame/ attention/etc.. as some sort of painkiller... Then.. (the religious/spiritual ones of us) turn to "God" for help.. We won't get true answers, when we are under the influence of any of these above things.. They only open the door to both sides (Good and Evil).. and make it very hard to judge "who/what we are talking with"... Take a day... (unless you are diabetic and/or have another illness that requires you to always have some food) and abstain from all of the above... Pray four times to God.. (in your own words).. Ask for guidance.. Ask for help from "God" (again.. place desired name here for the higher power)... your angels, ancestors, guides, etc.. You may be surprised at the answers you get, but.... be completely open/unbiased.. Don't let your own wants, desires and emotions sway the information either way.. Realize it is YOUR life.. and your choices.. Don't let yourself be manipulated by other humans to do anything, that you are not "110% comfortable in doing".. If you have doubts.., this is a warning to you... *DISCLAIMER: Before I have people thinking I am trying to be another one of these "leaders" by expressing my opinions.., let me completely assure you that I am NOT.. I have no desire whatsoever to be put on a pedestal of any kind... Think of me more like .."A brother that cares"... and wants the best for all of you... I'm not trying to start a movement.., get Oprah to restart her show so I can babble away on my beliefs.., get my own Religion started.... and/or anything of this nature.. (because I know some people out there will be thinking this)... I'd just like to see a world survive... I'd like to see some sustainable peace... and I am only one man with one opinion... I'm not any more special than any one of you.... You all have your own minds.. Use them... Just my opinion... Take it, or leave it... MORE BLESSINGS!

That can be discussed in another thread.. Miigwetch..! This is about what is happening and how to make it better... My intention is not to point fingers at everyone who I think is doing wrongs in the world.. It is to try and get these misguided few to take a good look at what they are doing.. and to get them to think for themselves.. Not be controlled my others with their own personal agendas.. What techniques..? - trying to sway women to move to their countries ands adopt their faith... - trying to sway men to move their countries and adopt their faith.. - promises of riches/ power and other things... - promises and attestation to undying love, in only a few simple messages, when they have never even met each other..., yet... Anyone who just believes everything they read on the Internet from another person, without first doing some examination, background checking.. and taking the time needed to really get to know the other person "in person" FIRST.., is very naive.. and very prone to getting into a situation that they "may not" be very pleased about.. This is the Internet..., not real life... Too many people get confused between the two.. (and other forms of media/ entertainment/ video games/ etc..) and forget to use some common sense and logic... I believe in peace and love.., but I am also not going around believing that everyone else in the world thinks the same way.. and that we must all let our guards completely down... and just party in happiness..
