Tired, had a short night, stupid storm kept me awake till 3. Storm hasn't died down yet, won't till Thursday, but I think I will pass out as soon as I see my pillow!

Really glad the storm has died down... 3, 4 days of storm is more than my nerves can handle. Didn't sleep till 3.30 - 4ish last night.

did the fence survive???? Yep. Yesterday had to put the supports back into place yet again, and as the worst was yet to come, I screwed a couple into place, as clearly without that they would slide off again. And good that I put in the effort, cos the storm got really bad in the evening. Also talked about it with my neighbour about 15 mins ago. She had no idea it was moving so much, nor that one of the planks on her side was loose. But she's going to have her dad look at it. Maybe one of the posts has rotted away again, I can't tell from my end. If it is and they replace it, it might sort a lot of problems.

Absolutely wonderful, nice and sunny up here in Alaska warm weather almost 50 degrees. Going to start tackling the yard work today. Hope everyone else has a great day
