MY NEAR BY MATCHES IS NOT SHOWN FROM LAST TWO WEEKS. AM FROM INDIA & MY "WHO'S ONLINE" PROFILE IS SHOWS FROM ENGLAND, AUSTRALIA, USA. AM REALLY CONFUSED, NO BODY HELP ME AFTER MY SEVERAL REQUEST. HOPE U UNDERSTAND THE ACTUAL PROBLEM. ANYWAY HAPPY NEW YEAR & GOD BLESS.

Here is what shows on your profile: "34 year old man from Kolkata, West Bengal" so that seems to be right. And I believe they retrieve 'Who's Online' info from your profile. The possibility exits that you have not received any Mutual Matches in the last 2 weeks..no?

When a person creates a Mingle2 account, Findingfunny, our system gets the coordinates from the city's location in the database. If those coordinate are nil, the system asks the user to allow the location to be retrieved from his/her phone (to fill in the missing information, of course). What city did you enter when registering, exactly?
