Not getting my messages it says I have 8 of them but shows nothing

At this time, Saraleepagan, it appears that you only have 2 unread emails. Perhaps nice1for_u was correct in that a hard refresh was needed. Or, you could be using the mobile site in which case nudges are counted as messages in the counter.

Your email counter doesn't have any unopened indicator right now, Vicki8892, so I'm thinking that you may have figured it out.

My inbox indicates that I have mail but nothing shows up when I click on the inbox icon, I've tried reloading the page and still nothing! I also can't send any messages or nudges from my account and all my past messages have been erased from my inbox . Why and how do I fix it?

Exactly what happens when you try to send an email, rgking9? Your email address has been verified, so maybe you are hitting the email limit.
As for messages disappearing, mail is purged from a Mingle2 account after 30 days. |

On my mobile device. Now I keep getting notifications that I'm getting messages but when I open app there is nothing there. I have refreshed and rebooted my phone and nothing there

Since you have the app, Vicki8892, you must be using an iOS device. What exact iOS model are you using?

I think it's ISO 7 or 8. I've tried looking for this info but cannot locate it on my phone sorry

I receive and can read messages, but it won't let me send. It asks for code every time I try to send, I enter it but still get no where.

Unfortunately, kitten128, this is no longer happening often enough for it to be considered a Mingle2 bug. Therefore, we recommend that you make sure that your connection and computer are not sluggish. |
