Yeah, you really have to establish a presence on the forums in order for anyone to see you and get curious. I think people like to get some idea of who someone is before they initiate contact. That's how it has worked for me, anyway.

Hiya Donna, hey I've been on this site since dec of last year, and no dates, very few e-mails that lead anywhere and I hang in the forums a lot, of course I have stated a lot lately that all I want are friends, lol. But even before that things were slow.

Dont stress. They will come along and the more you post and express your desire to find someone, you will find him when you least expect it.

I'm still waiting for the least expect to come along, lol.
