What is a person supose to do when they begin to lose faith in the whole LOVE game?? Im startin to believe that love is a myth, love is a fairy tale thats only found in the childrens books of lore. I thought i had a grasp of what the whole concept of love really was until i found that one person that twisted my thoughts around. Now im on my own tryna do my own thing n tryna make life better for myself and my daughter. Im always workin hard n gonna start school here soon n thats all for the future n a better life for us all lol

it could be that I'm confused. your profile and this post seem to contradict each other a bit.
in either case, many of us have learned what it is to lose in love. what you learn from it makes you stronger. good for you that you are going to school and focusing on a better future for you and your daughter.
it shows you have your priorities straight.
love will come when it's meant to be. just don't close yourself off to the possibility.

I never suspected that a "gawd" would thrive in self pity.

Counseling, and therapy may be beneficial for you.

OP, after seeing your just deleted "Nice Guy" thread, seriously, Sierra Tango Foxtrot Union!! You're not doing yourself any favors putting it out there on the global stage. Seek some counseling, a family friend, older mentor or a professional, talk to someone that you trust. The first step to getting help is asking for it. Talking about what is bothering you to someone else (not internet strangers) is a good way for you to see it from another perspective, listen to the advice and work on yourself. Remember, all problems are temporary in nature, you just haven't figured out the solution, yet.
