The Beef is ground sirloin. Lime, I add to the serving so it's fresh. I remembered the blackpowder... and the paprika... The tomatoes turn to paste during the 5 hour slow cook... Still, something is missing!!!! Dammitalltohellandback!

a little garlic wouldn't hurt....maybe more than a little... I'm sorry, Argo... I put garlic in damn near everything, so I didn't bother to list it. 
I've even been known to travel to Gilroy, CA for the "Stinky Rose" Festival. If you love garlic, it's the place to be, it's all they seem to grow in the surrounding coastal farmlands. The whole place smells of garlic on the breeze. Ya gotta try the garlic ice cream!! One of my fave's that I get every year is garlic stuffed Spanish olives, and "stuffed" is not quite accurate, "crammed" would be closer. I bought a case at the end of August, and they were gone a couple weeks before Halloween.
AND, Stormy, how did YOU get a copy of such a sacred document?
