I was tired of seeing "(1 new)" next to the Mail link so I deleted all of the emails in my inbox. Unfortunately, it did not correct the problem. The inbox is empty and I still supposedly have one new email that is unread.

I think you will need to input the correct email address to get the verification code, and then request the code to be sent again.
That worked for me previously. |

For anyone who cannot send/receive email due to the verification code:
So, you would go to whatever email you have listed here: http://mingle2.com/inbox/mail_settings and send an email to: m2.support@nextc.com with "verification" as the subject. They will take it from there : |

Had an email notification of a user messaging me i have a new mail notice in the icon but so not have mail from the use my email notification said only see message of people I have already talked to

Dreamers069, send me an email with the user name of the sender. We may purge emails when the member is clearly fake.
