it started since yesterday I am not able to see a mail from a user..
but in my account it keeps on showing new mail notification and when I go to my inbox it is empty.. I have even tried opening mingle in different browser it is the same result could the admin please help me out with this Thanks |

Why can I not retrieve messages?
What occurs to me is: (1) They deactivated sometime before you could retrieve the message. (You could quick-check this scenario by clicking on the username you saw accompany the 'recent activity' view alert to see if this is so.) (2) The message did not pass the filters (language.) thanks for the replied but I guess filtering here works only for the first message as per the guidelines provided by Mingle
" Mail filters apply only to the FIRST message sent between two parties. Once you've sent a message to someone, they can send mail back to you regardless of whether they meet your filter conditions. You can still block those users individually if you wish. " and with the user I have exchanged mail more than once so i guess the last message sent by her should not get filtered. I need a resolution regarding this issue ASAP because it is really not to see someones reply and also not able to remove the notification either form my account. if this issue is still not resolved I guess I have to deactivate the Mingle account and to be honest I am really not happy with this bug |

I guess it is a bug yet to be fixed by mingle or it might that they are working on it.. I am not sure
but I guess it is has no solution from Mingle as of now |
