There's message in my inbox marked 'unread' but I've already opened it. When I re-launch the website the same 'unread' message appears even though I've already opened it. I've replied with two messages in response but I don't see either of my replies as being sent. I don't see 'deactivated' on their account either. Please advise.

I am going to separate these two queries. Top half, I get that too. It shows as a message waiting to be read, only you have read it. It looks like some kind of timing bug to me. I will delete a 'Favorite' request but it hangs around as unread for several hours before clearing..same for you? When you send a reply to someone, it will show in your Inbox stacked beneath any email you exchange with that person. If/when they reply, it also now shows there, a sort of history of the exchange. Also, there is a fail-safe drop-down that says your message has been sent, you then have to click it before it goes away. |

It appears to be happening on new incoming messages only, saying Application error. Existing messages are opening up fine.

I seem to be having the same problem, with the "application error". Can't help but think that the people I am trying to write back to must think I am ignoring them, when I am not, it's just that some internal software glitch won't let me respond.

The message may no longer be happening for certain users, so we ask that those experiencing the problem try again. If it's still happening, please post:
1) whether it happens on the full or mobile site (or both), 2) what browser are you using, and 3).whether this is happening with all mail or only with select mail. |
