Topic: The Secret War On Black Republicans | |
---|---|
The point is that black Americans have been on the receiving end of racism just because they refuse to support the beliefs and policies of the Democratic Party. Are you sure its not just because they are black? The people dishing out the aforementioned racism are Democrats. So, what do you think? I think some of it is just the usual bi partisan fighting,,, some of it is racism some of it is childishness some of it is sexism all types of reasons, and happening within both dem and repub parties,,,, It is still racism, with black Americans being the victims and Democrats being the perpetrators. Apparently, the Democratic Party attracts racists, too. |

may I add, I am open to understanding, I just have been given no example of anything that to me screams anything more than choosing which stories are bigger based upon the OBJECT of the story, instead of the topic a tweet from someone making an incorrect assessment about a photo? vandalizing of a 'candidates' poster in some florida district? how often does one think these things happen all over twitter, or the thousands of districts across the country? expecting that to make national news because it makes news for a SENATOR, or STATEHEAD? I just dont get how thats a 'war',,,, The point is that black Americans have been on the receiving end of racism just because they refuse to support the beliefs and policies of the Democratic Party. Exactly. And the liberal press ignores it .... just like the rest of the Liberals. |
|

some people act like they are above the others in their race and racists align with them to be their spokespersons,,,they often come under attack thats not a matter of politics there are some underedcuated and ignornat who will assess someone strictly upon their political affiliation, that is true of some democrats who assess blacks as toms for being republican and some republicans who assess blacks as being unenlightened or incompetent for not aligning with the party that allegedly is so pro black (republican) these criticisms come regardless of political affiliation upon black folks so there is no 'war' on black republicans, blacks who are republicans just often cant escape the WAR on blacks in general,,, I mean, if we are to believe the 'war' theory,, its more a broader 'war' on blacks than one on black republicans,,, |

Your statement in which you said "Toms", that's what we are talking about. what statement did I make using Tom,,,? or did I respond to someone elses complaint about the word? Tom is not politically affiliated, thats what I am explaining,,, it only means someone , ANYONE, who constantly derides/belittles/condescends to or feels superior to members of their race to align with menbers of another race,,,,, |

So Justice Thomas, Condolesa Rice and other well known black republicans fit the definition? I dont know whatother well known black republicans you refer to. However, Clarence Thomas, from what I know of his position on many issues that impact black people disproportionately,, seems detached and uncaring,, so yes, he SEEMS like a tom type, but more importantly he SEEMS like the pervy, creepy type,,lol and Condoleeza Rice, in my opinion, tries hard to not come out for or against much of anything,,she is pretty neutral, but being a double minority (black and female), open to higher scrutiny than others are,,,unfortunately,, |

Other black republicans such as Michael Steele, Alan Keyes, Condoleeza Rice, and Lynn Swann are just a few of the black Republicans who are called racist names like Uncle Tom and sellout.
So, as long as they have positions that are not favorable to black people, they are "Tom Types". But Condoleeza Rice has been targeted many times because she is female? |

Rice was already covered its a small list, considering how many black republicans there are who is lynn swann?...lol, does he make news for ANYTHING else(or she)?,....lol some people are more well known than others and the things they do or have done to them are more highly reported than others,,, tom is but one disparaging criticism, its on par, in my opinion, with the criticism about people not having the competence to vote their interests,,, voters are criticized, politicians are criticized , its what happens,, regardless of political affiliation |
