In underpants, frequently on my side, so I'm thinking of getting a body pillow.. If I were to sleep with someone, reverse spoon position would seem most comfortable for me..

I generally wear a jock strap, and hang upside down on an inversion table. Don't judge...it's my sleep, not yours.

usually just panties (boyshorts usually) and a camisole. I do wear sexy sleepwear sometimes when I want to feel sexy, but no one ever get to see it
