I believe if you're good and never hurt anyone then that's good enough. If you run around causing pain and misery then that's not good enough. That's just my opinion, but I do have a good relationship with the big man, and that's the deal I have with him. |

and what qualifies as bad.?. . is it all based on this one book.. ?... are more to the point this one belief... just asking.. not looking for. anyone to climb down off the cross..

If you see an old lady struggling to cross the road and you help her then that's good. If you choose to ignore her then that's not so good. A bit vague but I hope you get my drift. That's how I see it anyway. |

If this issue pertains to the Christian faith, then the Roman Catholic Church (a major branch of Christianity) does not say that one can go to Heaven just by doing good things. Anyway, the OP of this thread is a bit of a waste of time, because it does not have the effect on non-Christians that the author of the OP is hoping for. |
