I'm a little confused by this, I mean, I have that in my profile too and never even considered it could be a turn off? I wouldn't live my life around it however but I do believe in universal timing and Synchronicity...
Things don't just happen for a reason, I've never believed that, Things just happen? So explore whatever/whoever rings out to you, you never know but I wouldn't discount anyone by a few of their interests? If that makes sense?

I might just do it. He's a writer too so that's appealing to me. We have other things in common based on his interests. He seems to have his own goals, never been married, no kids (I don't do that anymore), excited about life.
