Hey , i also cry for many different reasons, we're not all supposed to feel and express same way... I just wish less things would hurt, but whether we cry or not, or have heartburns, pull our hair, yell on others,smoke, se a shrinh or a yogi online or F2F, noone should be comsidered weak for expressing visbly to others their feeling hurt, at least this communicates something unambiguously !!,

Valentines day saw my ex with new bird both in car looking happy. Whilst I on the other hand just had a bus pass me covering me like a drowned rat in puddle water. NNeedless to say a glass or two of wine and I was fine.

I wept again today.Boko haram slaughtered another 200 innocent villagers,mainly christian community north of nigeria.Within this 2014 alone,over 3000 innocent kids,women,men,old and young have been murdered by those islamist militia.

I know! I saw the terrorist bombings in London, on 7/7/05, at first hand, as I was working on the construction of the Channel Tunnel Rail Link job, at St Pancreas International Station. I saw dead bodies and the wounded get brought through our building site to get dispersed to Hospitals throughout London. The Media were all out on Euston Rd, outside Kings Cross Station. So our building site was the diversionary route. That was a tragic day. When I talked to normal Muslims that I worked with they were sickened by the scenes that were unfolding in front of them. They were also among the first ones to condemn the bombers that day. Islam is about peace, it's the extremists that preach hate, that tar all the good law abiding Muslims with the same brush!
