Topic: Suddenly i can't access search or matches

Hi , i'm quite new here and when i was broadening my search i cannot get access to anyone, nor does the site give me any matches. Even when i put in search anywhere no one shows up as if i have narrowed my search. Very strange. Any suggestions ? And this is the first site i have been on that doesn't help you but rather tells you to go to the community for help. Thanks :-)

Did you go in to your Advanced search. And whats your within miles set too?

Hi Thomas, thanks for coming to my rescue :-) Yes i went to advanced search, even when i put in any distance the site will not give me matches, it just keeps telling me to broaden my search, the same happens when i click on matches . And i have no restrictions whatsoever as far as the type of person i'm looking for. It seems when i decided to increase my age range their was some sort of "glitch" and i can't to anything. It should have gave me endless matches rather than zero .

Thanks :-) I suppose the possibility exists that there are no Matches for you, given your location and preferences.

I could understand not having any new matches in a smaller location, but my preferences are wide open and even when i try searching anywhere i don't get anyone at all. Almost as if i am blocked from searching at all, so weird.

It should be working for you at this point, beyou1960. You had 377 in the first age field of the Search, so I changed it to 37. Not sure that I made the right assumption there, so you might need to adjust it again.
