I have recently been receiving a number of winks, comments, contacts from young women in foreign countries. Have I suddenly become irresistible to beautiful young women -- or is it more reasonable to conclude that scamming has increased?

I don't even get messages from scammers.  Is that supposed to be bad? |

Most of them are probably scams. But also, asian women like Filipinos often sit in cyber cafe's and look at who the people around them are talking with and then contact them, especially if they think your American. Its all about the lifestyle they want to lead and the money they think you have. My father tells me about young asian women trying to manipulate him online constantly, he tells them he's poor and they stop talking with him lol. I am a Filipino woman and I never sat in a cyber cafe looking for some foreigner to hand me some money. Be careful with your words, Indignus, and do not generalize. I can stereotype you until I shred you into tiny little pieces, if I were a narrow-minded bigot. |

I don't mean to sound rude...But in my personal experience, messages from people in so call foreign countries end up in scamming situations, people asking me for money or someone pretending to be someone else. specially when it is people younger than me. Just be careful i don't really chat with women from foreign countries... doesn't matter if they are a scammer, I'm not going to fall in love through a computer screen, so there is no point in taking, because we would never meet anyway... just my view, anyway... what ever happened to the airfare you promised me?...

I get scammers every day. When I see friend invite; I just block them without even looking at them. Then I spend time removing all the guys that view me. All very annoying personally.

I was going to say the friends invite are usually the 20 year old guys; so you should be safe. As long as its not through my bedroom window; you can peek all you like.
