I know it was an awesome movie but I had to get up and leave the theater during the first few moments of "saving private Ryan". I've watched it at home since but I remember feeling so uneased I had to get out.

Excellent movie!

I already made one pick so my second choice would be" Marley and me" because I have the same breed of dog and I know eventually I'm going to be going through the same ending as the movie.

My personal pick would be Salo. I could watch Cannibal Holocaust, a film notorious for real live animal death scenes, on a 24 hour loop before sitting through Salo a second time. On top of being disturbing as all hell, it was extremely depressing. One sadistic technique that I actually kind of admire is that the director didn't give you any time to know the victims. You're aware that they're all human beings who had lives before this terrible incident befell them, but for the most part the story is told from the perspective of the captors, while the youths are practically dehumanized.
With that being said, I will be keeping this film in my collection unless it spontaneously bursts into flame. I wouldn't have the heart to get rid of something that affected me so profoundly.
A friend of mine said that A Serbian Film was more disturbing, but he also said it was all about the shock value and there was no substance to the story. So I don't know if I'll bother to watch that one.

Ichi the killer was a great movie but messed up.
Oldboy too but that's more psychological.

you guys REALLY dont want to see a serbian film. no joke. shite is DISTURBING. pretty sure if you watch it you go on some sort of wach list. plus it haunts you for the rest of your life.

I found it, strangely enough, on youtube. Skipped through it and found one scene that especially makes it obvious why it could not be made here in the US. I feel no need to try watching the entire thing after that scene. If you want to know what it was I can tell ya.

Before I give you a link. In the later half of the movie there is a scene where this father I guess is tricked into raping his wife and kid. That is why I am not going to watch any more of this movie then what I have seen. Do you still want the link?

It won't give me nightmares. But it's certainly not something I want on my computer.

If you watch it, is there any way to delete it from complete history?

Well I didn't watch the entire thing. So when I delete the cache files and start getting new files written over the top of where those ones were that will pretty much destroy the traces or badly corrupt them.

Another thing to do is to get a wipe program and delete your cache files and then do a wipe on the free space of your hard drive. That would make most of it pretty hard to recover if not all of it.

If you want to watch it then get on bing video and search for it. I think it was the third one that said it was the full version and it is a youtube video. Also set the video length to 20+ and that will bypass most of the clips.
