Do men want to read a long or short profile?
any feedback is greatly appreciated.

I don't think it matters what's on your profile as long as it's a good pic they don't care. Because I've changed mine so often, I've just left it blank now, most of them do anyway too.

no definitely not, I actually take the time to read profiles but just didn't know if Men were the same way
I guess if I want a genuine man, he will take the time to read what I write if he genuinely wants to get to know me

I will not respond to a no picture or no answer profiles. Granted pictures can be 30 years old and profiles lie. That is where Skype and lunch in a public place come into play. Your profile is great.

Honesty is important in a profile, if I see very vague inconclusive profile I tend to not take it seriously

I always read the profile. It's as telling as the photo.

It's not just men or women who don't like long profiles. Some people do, and others don't. Short answer: The more attractive you are, the less your text matters. Otherwise, just keep the text interesting.
I checked, and what you've got is OK. I would want to see more, but it's certainly no deal-breaker. Good luck! |

Thanks, I am new to this site so I wanted to keep it straight to the point and one picture. I consider myself cute so I guess should add more text according to you LOL
but good thing I want to attract someone that will love the whole package and not just looks. |

Yes and I like to keep my pictures up to date because if you meet someone there should be no surprise.

I can't imagine anyone wanting to read a really long profile, unless it's well-written and engaging, and they're super bored.
I read profiles sometimes, if they're interesting, but usually I look at the profiles, check marital status, see if they have kids and move on. |

Same here there are certain things I look for in a profile also but was curious on the male aspect. So far the only ones who msg me are very far away and very young, both of which I disabled in my mail settings but the emails are still coming through *confused*
