Topic: Michael Vick,s Redemption | |
---|---|
Michael Vick offered a tear jerking apology to his family, friends, teams and fans.
I believe he was sincere and therefore redemption is granted. How do you feel? |
I believe that what he did is inexcusable and unforgivable. Just appologizing is not enough in this situation. I believe that he should have to justly pay for his actions, and should not be allowed back into his comfortable million-dollar career.
My proposal? That he face 5 years in jail, and donate money to pit bull rescues, AND do dirty volunteer work at shelters. |

any one who shows a lack of respect for any animinal including dogs, shamelessly killing them because they didn't fight good enough. only deserves the same treatment, put him to sleep...

A little harsh, but I like the way you think, TopCat.

Yea, he's sorry, sorry he got CAUGHT AGAIN.
Had the chance of a life time, but had to be GREEDY. That what I think. |

sorry, i have a real hardon towards people who abuse animals for sport. hunt for food is one thing, to kill for sport is dispicable.

He deserves much MORE federal prison time for committing the appauling ABUSE he caused so many pitbull terriers to endure and of course KILLING THEM TOO.
Being a lifetime owner of this breed he DISGUSTS me and i am glad the NFL canned his rotten animal abusing KEESTER. GOOD RIDDENCE TO RUBBISH. |

Okay, where,s the forgivers!
he,s a stupid kid with a lot of money. I,m a dog owner and I felt the same way at first. But he seems to have realized that what he did was wrong. |
a little late for the dogs he killed, you think?
Ok, Redmond. Say there was a guy who killed a bunch of children just for amusement and "sport". Upon being caught, he "realizes" that he has done wrong. Should he be forgiven?
Of course not. But those are human lives, you say? Oh, heaven forbid they should be compared to dogs. THEY ARE STILL LIVES HE TOOK. |
He still gets punishment!
But If I were him I,d be more concerned with forgiveness by those I hurt and disappointed. |
No goosey I,m a dog owner and I,m very disappointed and hurt by what he did.
But I forgive him and hope that has learned a valuable lesson. |

This is not his frst time caught.
Got out of most of the others. This was to big & too much, drugs, dogs, gambling, ABUSE 7 his GOOD friends rolled, to save their butts. Good friends aren't they. |
Okay!
What at this point could he did to gain your redemption? |
It's amazing to me how many people find God when they're in big trouble. Where was that in your life when you were doing what you did? I think it's a ploy to get people to feel for them. Just my opinion.

Most people lead screwed up lives that have brought them to the mess they are in. Once you come the realize the mess you are in there is only one place to go, and thats Gods Mercy.
Please don,t belittle the man for seeking that! |
Do his time & drop the attitude.
Will the REAL FULL truth ever be known, doubt it. Still appears to me, only thing he is sorry for, is getting caught. |
