Its kind of literal you take a stemmed cherry like you buy in the store. You eat the cherry get rid of the pit and then take the cherry's stem and tie it in a knot inside your mouth.

OMG... really you guys are cracking me up. Passion is not measured by the depth of the tong when kissing. It is the way you hold her and touch her when kissing her.
