Well, the concept of the third eye has been associated with the pituitary and pineal glands. I would say try supplements that are suppose to aid in healthy function of these glands. When I meditate, I usually relax in a dark and quite space, sometimes I take a small dose of melatonin as it seems to help, and use visualization techniques and focus on the center of the forehead somewhat between the eyes, around where the "third eye", pituitary, and pineal glands are located. Etc...

yes like that guys said. . avoid fluoride avoid all the chemicals corn syrup all the crap that the government tries to poison us with on top of that definitely do your meditations daily and concentrate on the metaphysical eventually these exercises will allow your glands to grow a.d your own abiluties such as healing youself will grow as well...goodluck to everyone..we all have tje power to dk it just ha e to BELIEVE..

Work on your entire energy system, don't single out this one chakra. It's quite important to be properly grounded before you activate the higher chakras. Otherwise it's like building high-rise without foundation --> you get a wobbly building.

Pay heed to your intuition, don't ignore it. That way you allow for your intuitive side to develop, which also has to do with the 3rd chakra.

Third eye? What on earth is that? What does it look like, feel like, or some such. I mean, stimulation happens on a physical level. Is this so-called "third eye" a physical feature?
