I do think some of the "pervs" ruined it for the rest of us in the S&I section, 2 of the ladies(who sadly are no longer around here) told me they stopped posting in there because they kept attracting guys who couldn't tell they weren't being serious in there. Also true...I had to keep a few in check.

I think it would be interesting to see how many members would prefer an area like that as opposed to not if a poll were taken. The site needs advertisers to pay to keep it running....otherwise the members would have to pay. I don't think everyone would be for that just so some could post in the sex forums. A lot of people didn't see the posts the mods caught first

A lot of people didn't see the posts the mods caught first that should have been a selling point for keeping the threads. there were (and still are) people that post inappropriate things. the mods that see those posts usually remove those posts quickly. also, those posts get reported rather quickly, and the mods act. in the end, if the poster persists, they are removed from the site. another selling point is the users of this site tend to police the site to keep things pg 13

Torgo...like I said before...sometimes it's blatant and sometimes the mods have to use their best judgement for a happy medium. What is mild to you might be too much for someone else. We can't make everyone happy....obviously

Ese...the sex forums were worse. Those were R and pushed to X. The advertisers made the call. Not fair for those that didn't go in there to pay so a few can....is it?

As much as I enjoyed them...people and places change..Mingle2 is better off without them..They were Dope...but that was then, this is now. JMO The people make our place...not the threads..lets keep it that way
