This has got to be a joke. A storm passed lastnight, I was here waiting for the All Clear all morning and at 1pm I thought... Yippee no work I'll have a cup of slimmers tea and be inside all day as its rainy and wet out. Now to get a call from my Boss to report for duty. Seriously? Work after slimmers tea? How is that possible? I'm screwed.

No storms passed by here, but the clouds did yesterday and I was sooooo happy that it cooled up a bit. The heat wave here has been blazing I'm hoping it stays a little cooler for a little bit atleast

Hello Zee, I'm Sperenza, nice place you've got here. I like the atmosphere. Hope u don't mind me passing thru in and out for a coffee and maybe a beer after work. hi Sperenza, welcome to my lil corner of the www.. I'm always happy to greet new people and everyone's welcome in the pub.. drinks are always free but mostly.. it's self serve the reason being.. I have this lil plaque in my kitchen that reads: "I was born to HAVE a maid.. NOT be one!" I can totally feel what u said about having that shoulder to lean on at certain times. U brought a tear to my eyes to be honest. I guess as women sometimes we really need that extra TLC sometimes when we're overwhelmed. I've been single far too long methinks.. and sometimes.. just a LIL t.l.c. would be nice.. but that's just not the way of it.. Your Grandson is completely adorable. He looks like u to me. His mouth, cheeks etc. Its a blessing to be able to see ur grandchildren and to have that hope that a part of u will always be on earth living on and contributing to the existence of mankind/the world . this hit close to home.. I was adopted as an infant, and in my thirties I searched for my biological family for 8 yrs without success.. creating my own family has always been my greatest dream.. and as I mentioned to my daughter just yesterday.. watching that dream grow as my family does.. is blessing I hadn't thought even possible.. and thank you for the lovely compliment.. I don't have any kids yet (lost my first pregnancy ever last year:( and I sometimes feel like an endangered species being and only child and all. That too is depressing at times, so thank ur lucky stars and smile with every step. You're doing great. Have a fantastic day, Love Sincerely SS I'm soo sorry for your loss.. I think someone accidently hit the "on" button on the heat thermostat by mistake.. then probably went on holidays for a few weeks.. either that our our friend from 'below' --> is having a wicked BBQ
