With life's little idiosyncrasies? I usually ignore them myself. Or chocolate, chocolate is always good.

You stand up.

Chin held high.

You take the good with the bad and you MAKE everyday a good day.

You give love without expecting anything.

No one is gonna hand you a goodday on a plate.

You take it by the throat...and you make a good day..

When everyone around you is smiling...you got no choice....you will have a good day.

Practice of mindfulness, meaning practising awareness & acceptance.
There's no need to struggle against your thoughts as this only empowers them.
Accept them & they will pass they allways do
They shall pass more quickly & easily if you stay busy with healthy activities

People who practice mindfulness show reduced levels of anxiety & depression.
They also show increased levels of stress torrance, & skills of coping with difficult
situations.
More generally, they show positive growth, more skillfull choices & convidence.
