Ideas and thoughts about the Law Of Attraction

bunch of crap. I put my thoughts out there all the time to attract. All I get is crap.

Everything is as it should be.

There are no coincidences. What you have in your life you attracted to yourself consciously or unconsciously. Every joy, every challenge, every opportunity and circumstance - including the fact that you are reading this is exactly what you need to serve your own personal, irresistible evolution. None of this is coincidence.

I do believe we are conditioned from our experiences and environment, our brain naturally draws correlations between repeated environments, actions, situations, etc,, that cause a pleasant hormonal/biological response, we define these things self consciously and the more we repeat those environments, actions, situations etc,, the more we self affirm and cause those conditionings to become concrete reality for ourselves...


so, we attract what we have conditioned ourselves to attract,,,,

Life isn't happening to you,
It's responding to you.

I finished reading The Secret back in Dec 12. I wanted to have more money in my life. 3 things have happened since then.
1. a week after reading it i was walking towards euston st and a guy infront of me had 2 £ coins drop out of his pocket and roll infront of me without him noticing.
2. I'm private piano teacher and sometimes a student of mine likes to draw pictures for me. Usual stuff like people etc. Only this time she gave me a picture of a 20p coin. How strange she's only 8.
3. My accountant tells me each year how much tax to pay and year on year i pay what he tells me to pay. Only this time it was different. I thought that I needed to pay roughly £2500 and he said that I didn't need to since I was up to date with my tax. Not only that he said that i was in credit by £450!
Believe it!

This is easy....

Some people sail through life.

Theories and opinions are nice...but, they change nothing.

I thought the Law of Attraction was: Opposites attract I have found that for me....it does, go figure

The outer conditions of a person's life will always be found to reflect their inner beliefs.

sometimes life does bassically just happen. we can't control all things that happen and many things happen that are not in response to us. that is a level of egocentricity I have not considered.

learning the difference between what one can and cannot control is part of growth

but we do control our responses to events that occur

and sometimes events do occur in response to ourselves

the law of attraction is nothing more than an expression that can mean whatever you will

I don't think there are laws of attraction. Attraction has no rhyme nor reason: it simply is or isn't

I have to agree with Sweet here. While our reactions to situations certainly affect the direction they take and our overall attitudes in life certainly affect how other react to us, there are things that fall outside of the...you get back what you put out to the universe...view of life.

I have a hard time believing a 5 year old abducted from a bus stop has lived long enough to put anything comparable out into the universe. So...

Attraction, what you speak, etc.

I do believe in "KARMA" or you reap what you sow.

Been proven to me, to many times.

Karma seems closer to the tao ying & yang I think and is also part of a larger group of factors that affect our lives. ksrma, where as our moral actions affect our rebirth

but I don't think that rebirth has to be a "physical death" and reincarnation (as in physical death and rebirth). I belive we're reborn and reincarnated every time we change a wrong action decision or thought into a right action decision or thought...so a person can have many reincarnations and hopefully will - within one lifetime (physical lifetime)

but what do I know?....lol. The concept is fairly new to me

It is not retribution, however, nowhere yet in my reading do I see that as an appropriate approach.
