For example, most of those "innocent" dead women and children are the people the terrorists use as human shields, or people caught up in the secondary explosions when the terrorists' closet full of RPG rounds detonates. Your legal system has been compromised to the extent that it is not only impotent against the criminals running your country, but much of it actually works to help enforce the tyranny you live under. Your law enforcement is divided, dysfunctional and mostly privatized to the extent that many police forces are little more than hired thugs for the powers that be. The only insurgents would be criminals?…Are you trying to criminalize those who value their liberty enough to resist?
