Hey, a separate state, that's a great idea. Then we could spend all of our time firing rockets and killing each other, you know the way they do in the middle east. the beauty of it, is that it is proposed via a VOTE,,,if its not what most want,,it wouldnt be happening anyway and its possible to make a US state such a state, the way that a middle eastern territory was made into a jewish state you really need to read up on the Status of the Mandates in the ME! The UN has no Jurisdiction over the Territories of an existing State! they submitted the partition plan,,,, of a Mandate,NOT of an existing State,since the Ottoman Empire has ceased to exist! If the UN feels froggy,and tries to impose something like that on the US,which is an existing State,it most likely would be the last thing the UN would ever try to do! Blacks were given their own nation after the Civil War called Liberia. Years of war and millions dead. they werent 'given' a nation there was no government involvement or official government authority there was a small set of private abolitionists who supplied the financial help to freed slaves to IMMIGRATE to a nation under British control, ..not quite the same thing Pretty much. They were given free passage to the country if they went. The results were the same. For anyone to think we need such a thing here is insane, and Farakaan fills that quite well. . If there is a separate state via vote or whatever, then it should be Texas. what is 'free passage',, thats not the same as being given the land to themself,,,, as israel was given to the jewish Im sure it would be wonderful to take a bunny from a cage and give it 'free passage' to a lions den,,,,while doing nothing to actually REMOVE the lions.... I think black people are as capable of running their own state as the jews have been running theirs,,,, I doubt though, that most african americans would choose to do so,,,so that debate becomes pretty much ingsignificant,,,,,, The Jews chose to do so even though they went into a "lions den". I doubt that most african americans would choose to do also. After all, they have a state of their own, It's called "The welfare State". dont be deceived, afircan americans have been in the lions den time and time throughout history,, thats no thang,,, but with government sanctioned support and protection ,,it would be a bit easier den to navigate,,, and 'welfare' is not an african american state, its an impoverished state which due to american history of segregation and discrimination, disproportionately affects affrican americans So, it all comes back to, it's the white mans fault.

Yet, because of the tendency of both men to seem to only be concerned with one demographic of americans (Keyes/christians , Farrkahan/AFrican Americans) , I would vote for NEITHER of them and choose NEITHER of them to represent a multicultural country that is not supposed to favor ANY specific religion.

Hey, I have felt discriminated and singled out all my life for being too beautiful and smarter than all my peers. This has caused me years of extreme anguish and suffering, all that jealousy. americans often dont wish to hear about the death that is biblical 'justice' even if its all throughout the bible he calls for people to 'do right',,,,,,he calls for people to have the option to have a seperate nation (a vote on it nonetheless) just as the jews were allowed to have,,,,,, other than his specific belief of Mahdi, and his belief that serpents in the bible refers to any particular race even much of this snippet seems wise to me,,,, Surely, you don't equate Louis Farahkan with the Prophets of the Holy Bible?!

He should have stuck to his Violin and singing Calypso,the murderous Brute! again, issues are getting blurred my post was not about what 'I want',. the post is explaining some of the things Farrakhan has said he wants jewish people were all around the globe and could be argued that they each alreaday had a country too,, but because of the persecution and unjust treatment(as a group, because not all jewish people everywhere were being discriminated against or persecuted) they were so often receiving, it was decided they should be free to have their 'own' nation/state america is not the nation of AFRICAN americans, it is the nation of AMERICANS,,,,and African americans have often felt and seen unjust persecution living within it so its not unreasonable to me that such african americans likewise would envision a nation of 'their' own where they wouldnt be permanent second rate, second class citizens (and just like the jewish, not ALL african americans feel that way or have been persecuted, unjustly dealt with)
