Topic: Tonight's Presidential Debate | |
---|---|
A rhetorical shadow boxing match. So did anyone actually hear even a hint of how anything was going to change? What I heard was a lot of defending the same campaign BS R has been spouting all year (without all the extra promises thrown in for whichever state or group he was addressing), and the "idea of how it's supposed to work but doesn't" from O. All-in-all, I think I would have enjoyed watching a golf match better, and probably learned more! The Green and Constitution candidates were the only ones with anything different to consider, and I still wouldn't vote for either of them. I'll write in RP or vote GJ. At least they have records you can expect some change from! the debate was the same talking points as always, didnt find out anything new, except for Romneys disregard for debate rules,, lol |

Romney was, without fail the clear winner tonight.

Romney was, without fail the clear winner tonight. I love all of Obama's recycled lines and stances from four years ago. He has had three and a half years to do the things he is still promosing. |

Obama seemed off tonight. He wasn't his typical arrogant self.

The loser in tonight's debate was America. Too many dumbasses out there willing to believe what these two professional liars said and will ultimately vote for one or the other. |

Anderson did fair. Stein talked way too much. Said nothing and did a lot of boring history. It was comical watching barry avoiding eye contact. The only time he made eye contact was when he was visibly pissed. And, he didn't have his Suthun Draaawwwl he faked in NO. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Wuz up wit dat? This was just too slick to let slide. Anderson won, IMO. |

Clint Eastwood's empty chair could have done a better debate.

Ya know, I have been an Obama supporter for a while, but after last night's debate I began to question a lot of things. I turned my head the other way and saw Romney and began to cry.
Should we not have a better choice??? |

Should we not have a better choice??? The choices are there, but the duopoly of the 2 party system and the big money that backs them, keeps them out of the public eye, and debates, because they can't compete with the BIG money corporate/banker sponsors that has taken over our polical system. Yes, it requires research, because they have made it that way by media control. |

Now I know why Obama lies so much. He has no clue what the he11 he's doing. The moderator had to almost guide him through each question.
OMG! |

Ya know, I have been an Obama supporter for a while, but after last night's debate I began to question a lot of things. I turned my head the other way and saw Romney and began to cry. Should we not have a better choice??? I was left questioning why he didnt attack some of Romneys flip flops and interject Romneys own words in the debate debate is a strength for our President and he was off the game last night,,but I expect him to more than compensate for it in the next two debates chalking it up to having a bad day and maybe exhaustion on his wedding anniversary, along with disbelief at the lack of moderating and actual DEBATE permitted,,,,, he doesnt look down alot, but if you watched closely he was tucking in his bottom lip quite a bit, which he does when he gets angered,,, I think it was all he could do to keep his cool was subdue himself,,but it was hurtful to his appearance as a leader,,,maybe as much being aggressive and disregarding the debate rules (like Romney was)would have been hurtful hoping he made the better choice, for whatever he would have done would have had a negative spin in some population of demographics... |
