I have a great idea.

Let's suggest to the Gov. they give Monsanto exclusive rights to grow and distribute medicinal and recreational weed.

That way, if you don't want to get with someone who does dope, you'll be able to recognize them by the third arm or extra head they'll grow.

I agree with these places being put out of business. It was getting out of control down there. This should be Federally Regulated and only a certain amout of licenceses to operate this type of business should be allowed. They also need tighter controls on using the product in front of the store. They shouldn't be allowed within a few hundred yaeds of the dispensaries (and dispensaries cant be arround any place or near any business where they cater to kids 18 and under.
