I love the View

I missed his appearance unfortunately

I also missed Dr Phils interview with Trayvons parents

....havent watched much tv lately, probably because of how turned off the political ads have made me,,,,
I've missed a lot of shows lately too. YUK! The negative ads sure make me sick!..I want to be able to feel proud of our country and proud of the way we conduct elections and "do business" in general!...But it's sure hard to feel proud these days with all the "negative smears" and "cut-throat tactics."...It all starts to seem so juvenille and "kid-like" after awhile. Where are the grown-up adults? Where is a sense of respect? Or "fair-play?"

I agree , as a mother, I feel the same way about how childish it is

and it never stops

obama says 'you didnt build that'

Mitt says 'I dont care about the 47%'

obama isnt making 'time' for the 197 delegates

Mitt doesnt know why airplane windows dont open,,,,,

blah, blah , blah

its sad politics has resorted to this and its sad that it has apparently been working so well,,,,,

I agree...It's sad that politics has become a "sport." (Much like football!)...We have so many serious problems in our country that need attention.

Empty chair, empty suit.
Golf, vacations, Talk shows.
That's really getting those serious problems resolved.

what would you prefer politics to be? a nice sit down with tea and crumpets? politics is rough because the world is rough. countries don't play fair. america enjoys fair play because americans had to rally behind a tough leader and kick some arse to get it. now as a leader in fair play we extend help to anyone else in the world seeking the same

americans need a leader who is tough but fair. a leader to lead the country, not divide it. a leader of the people, for the people, and by the people. there will always be complainers, but they will only be free to complain openly, if a leader unites all fifty of these american states and allows freedom to reign

Id say politics should go back to PRECABLE ethics,,,where soundbytes and misinformation and editing werent so abundant,,,,or so quickly spread

most of our founding fathers would never have even been elected under the modern scrutiny of media and political pundits over every HOUR of their lives and their family's lives and every minute of the life of anyone they ever associated with,,,

I m watching the Presdient and the Mrs.
on The View right now, almost over.
They are wonderful, as always.

sick sick wonderful is not the adjective i would have used there... I'm just glad that the election is more important to them than world affairs... the whole time the worlds delegates are in new york, he is only scheduled to talk with the leader of Egypt, and leader of the muslim brotherhood....(same guy)

If we used the same words, it wouldn't a discussion, eh?
As the only one here so far who has actually seen the
Topic on TV, it was thoroughly enjoyable.
Left one smiling :-)
It should help re-elect him.
