You're right. There is no use in expecting a website to perform miracles for you.

If someone has asked you, you muct have
clicked on one of the numerous ads appearing
on this site, in which Mingle has no
participation.

People will respond or not to your emails,
and that is their choice.

If they have not received an email from you
that you sent, they may have parameters or
preferences in place that preclude you.

If you selected the PREMIUM package, as opposed
to the free site, it means you picked that option.

Enjoining the forums seems to be the best way
to attract attention, some people will not reply
to you at all unless they have met you in the forums.
