Yes , Mingle2 changed me .. A lot in fact. But the changes took gradually without me even realizing it.
I am not a very outgoing or interesting person. I do not make friends easily. Never been the light of any party . I am mostly in the background... more like a wallpaper ...

I love the forums... read other people experiences. Learning , I am not the only one having bad phases and failures in life.
I gain more confident in myself, my ability and my worth as a woman... Most of all as a person.

Agreed. I don't even read email anymore unless I know someone from the forums first.

It made me see scammers in the shadows.
It has given me an outlet.
As long as I stay in the forums I feel safe, but when I check my email it freaks me out lol. Spaz

It helped to make me more jaded, cynical, and distrustful of people I don't know in the real world. It helped to convince me that internet friendships tend to be ephemeral and LDR's are almost always a waste of time and money.
