Unless I am dealing with a puppy....I gotta say both are pretty damned important.

Try looking your lover in the eye and say money ain't important....when the elecricity is shut off....the fridge is empty, the water is off (toilet ain't been flushed in three days)...the phone is disconnected and the car has been repossessed...and it's her birthday.

Money can't buy love.....true. But, unless you are an aborigine...you gotta be out of your mind to think love can last scraping by on nothing.

Money is only a medium where effort gets coverted to a way of meeting physical needs that often get confused with emotional needs. "If you love me you would not allow me to want" being the gist of it but that assumes that another person has the power of meeting all your wants which would be rare.

And the whole concept of being a bird in a guilded cage. If you donot love the person you are with for some reason other than the things they can buy you eventually it still will feel like a prison.
