Got up this morning and decided to make some guacamole and pico de gallo....
Bought me a Quesadilla Maker the other day so thought I would get that stuff made this morning...I ended up thinking hey now pico de gallo in an omelet sure would be good...I melted Velveeta cheese on top with some salsa to top it off...
With the Quesadilla Maker came a booklet of all kinds of different Quesadilla's you can make....Think I might have to try some of these out lmao... Darn should have bought me some of the frozen margarita mix to put in the freezer could have had frozen margarita's today...  lmao
