I have an idea. Go up a couple of posts and look at the list I provided. Let everybody pick three and give your reasons for each. Maybe then we can narrow down a logical spot. Drinking isn't allowed in any State Park but people do it discretely.

Example: Blanco State park. Reason, it's pretty and centrally located.
