It all comes down to preference as to how you keep in touch with people. Facebook works well for me to keep in touch with those I don't talk to all the time. |

I joined FB when I moved to Houston because all my friends thought I'd lost my mind - it was a convenient way to keep in touch, post photos and generally reassure them.
Now I use it pretty much daily. It's a good way to connect with both old and new/current friends. |
