They don't taste like chicken, but I sure like eating those little crawfish! (Yeah, I know that spellcheck says it's CRAYfish but that sounds very "Yankee" to me! LOL!) Big fun... He started it...said there was a lot of Possums around there...go back and read..I defended you!! When Eddie comes back the last of May..he will be throwing his 10th Annual Crawfish Boil...I have to make T Shirts and everything! Yes you did! We girls have to stick together, baby! Sounds like a fun boil Eddie has planned, too!

Last night's crawfish were from Louisiana, too...plus the boil spices and etc. They'd gone to get some HEB crawfish to make sure they had enough but they kept those segregated from the others! They all tasted fine, though!

I like them fried the best..but they're good in a boil too...I only eat the tails.. I was introduced to étouffée (which I love) and I even made some yummy little crawfish appetizers. You can buy the tails already cleaned at the grocery store! It's a lot different than when Walmart was my ONLY choice for groceries! Heavenly!
