Now let's fulfill the hitchhiking cheerleader fantasy.

Know of any willing cheerleaders?
Oh chit...nevermind |

It means he doesnt care about you, but he's interested in using you, generally speaking. Hopefully he was kidding? Possibly...its easy to think that based on what I know. Hmm I don't feel he was kidding. Then I would put him in the ejector seat and drive really fast. He'll just track mud all over your clean grandness. I'm sure he doesn't deserve that torture. Blue balls would be more ideal. |

"We are not going to do things on your terms" ...wtf does that mean? It means he thinks he is in charge and calls the shots. I like you Why, cause I tell it how it is and I dont sugar coat it? You tell the truth. That's what I respect. Honesty is the best policy! (Except when a girl asks you if she looks fat, the of course you always lie!) I look at it as motivation to lose the lbs. Yep, me ex-boyfriend told me I was fat too and I lost the weight. |

you might want to check to see whose terms "we" are doing things on? Does it mean that he wants more compromise from you, or that he wants to be totally in charge?
The former is reasonable, the latter is ridiculous |

you might want to check to see whose terms "we" are doing things on? Does it mean that he wants more compromise from you, or that he wants to be totally in charge? The former is reasonable, the latter is ridiculous Far as I know, men will always be confusing to me. I don't think he wants anything from me. Going back to man code...he doesn't know what he wants=he doesn't want you. Its that clear sometimes, though people refuse to say this because they are afraid of hurting someone's feelings. Rejection is not the worst thing in life. Lies, secrecy, physically hurting someone; those are tough ones. Thinking about it now, I believe he is seeing someone. But I don't know this for sure. Unless he actually grows a pair, calls and tells me otherwise. I won't know what the hell is going on. And I'm not worried. |

It sounds to me like he does know what he wants and that is not to do things on your terms any more - what that means is the question (in my view) tho u might already know what that means... to me that seems he is discussing the two of you - not someone else he "might" be seeing- as you described that much seems clear - I think if he had someone else it would not matter to him whose terms you did things on |

Some men just can't pull the trigger. Like I said, he does know what he wants and its clearly not me or else it wouldn't be this hard to talk to him. Whatever his reasons might be, maybe something bad happened, I don't know. Like I said, I just don't know a thing. Discussing the "two" of you? Sorry I'm not understanding what that means. I think so too. All I wanted for some clarity. I am not demanding it at all. Maybe that's what he thinks. Just I feel like its fair since he was the one who brought up the "I'll call yous" about 3 times. I'm tired of this. I guess this is how the male brain operates. Maybe if we were real friends it wouldn't be so hard for him to actually do what he says. |

Maybe if we were real friends it wouldn't be so hard for him to actually do what he says. right a real friend would not put you through this, be this difficult to communicate with, nor be this cryptic What I meant by the two of you - is that if he was talking about you and him when made his statement - that leaves the impression that he is talking about a relationship with you where he wants the terms to change (not yours any more) - that would indicate to me that he sees you in his life as he was discussing this with you but if it is really not a discussion but rather his making a tyrannical comment and disappearing - that's different - that would indicated that he is not interested in anything further, I agree any way you slice it he sounds "communication challenged" |

Honesty is the best policy! (Except when a girl asks you if she looks fat, the of course you always lie!) I look at it as motivation to lose the lbs. Yep, me ex-boyfriend told me I was fat too and I lost the weight. Sounds like you lost more than the weight...I'm betting you lost the boyfriend, too! "You're right, I could lose some weight...starting with your 220 lbs!" |
