Always check for toilet paper before you sit down. And just in case you forget to check and find out that you are out (too late), DO NOT resort to pine cones, poison ivy or fiberglass insulation..... |

The best advice I ever got was from a book called Playing Ball on Running Water. There were a couple, actually.
1) If you're unhappy with your life but are not doing anything to change it, then you're not unhappy enough! If you're really that unhappy, DO something about it. 2) Don't wait until you feel confident to make changes in your life. Confidence comes AFTER you succeed at something, not before. So set yourself a small, attainable goal and do it. You'll have a bit of confidence. Then set another attainable goal and do it. More confidence. Keep doing that. 3) You can get out of negativity by focusing on the world around you. As you walk down the street, what are the people you see wearing? What color are the blossoms on the flowers? Etc. Get your focus off yourself and onto objective reality. |

Watch where you are going and look back where you have been. I remember walking in the woods with my dad once. He told me to watch where I was going. That can be hard to do. I didn't duck in time and the branch he had let go hit me in the head. He said to look up once in a while. Then I stepped into hole. So he said watch where you are walking. Then I walked right into a limb and it about knocked me unconscious. So watch every where; Up, down and all around.
