I was recently told I wasnt attractive enough, :)...hurt for about a second 1/2, then realized Im almost 50...I Rock for that age, lol Yeah, I have been repeatedly told I wasn't attractive but got over that years ago. Never claimed to be a beauty but at least I have a brain. And yes; you do rock for your age. 
I know this phrase all too well. I meet men all the time in LA that want that model look. Never claimed to be at all either. In fact I constantly well jokingly put down my looks. I have talked about this a lot. I grew up with models. Guess what? They don't like being arm candy. Male or female. They go for the people who treat them well based on who they are not what they look like. Well I believe this. Its what we all want. |

I know this phrase all too well. I meet men all the time in LA that want that model look. Never claimed to be at all either. In fact I constantly well jokingly put down my looks. I find it hard to believe that you don't feel good about your looks. Actually, I think you do have a model's looks. You are a beautiful lady. Wondering if the guys in LA need glasses. Lots of screwed up men out there if you ask me.  LOL Yeah, maybe they do. But I dunno, not being a size 2 or 0, thats considered excepted here. Its LA, what can I say? I made a thread about this talking about models dating other models, I guess its preference. For once I'd like to see a chiseled guy with a size 6 or 8 walking on his arm. I don't think that'll happen.

I feel bad when I am inside an animal shelter. I don't feel bad that it is a good place to get new homes for them. In my heart there is a shelter for animals; unfortunately all the animals living in that shelter are cruel. I keep them tied all the time with conscious effort otherwise I would be.........

Well, here the fad is older men with younger women. I tried several years on a local dating site and the majority of guys my age wanted a woman between 20 and 25. So, I suppose its the same thing about eye candy but if that is what makes them happy; I say go for it. |
