Grilled steaks, and German Sausages, Potato salad, mac salad, salsa and chips, asparagus, corn on the cob, BBQ beans, Slaw, a Mothers feast.

I stir-fried some celery, green onion, red bell pepper, garlic and 1/4'd cherry tomatoes with some shrimp and a little shot of hot "rooster" sauce. Had a side of fresh green beans lightly steamed... DELICIOUS! And there's "planned overs" already boxed up for lunch tomorrow. Yum!

Had a whole roasted chicken from the store that was there on Sunday, but no one consumed. So it was so very perfect for Chicken and dumplings.

Had Nachos for dinner, and small beef burritos. A glass of a nice wine. Thinking it will be two glasses.
