I found this b-day gift I got that I had forgotten that I had. It is this foil smoker bag. You stick pork chops or steak or fish in it and pop it in your oven to cook. So, I am going to smoke some salmon in one half and pork chops in the other half. I will have dinner for the next week mostly done. Then I have homework to finish up. I might even take a nap today since my wonderful neighbors woke me up with a screaming match before the crack of dawn.

Had a great night partying with a friend last night..she taught me microwave COOKING...and I made up a 12 pound ham and potatos...tasted like it came fom an oven. (microwave cooking is awesome when you figure it out.
Now. I am playing with a new 2'x 1.5' electric griddle and a new microwave/ bar top convection toaster oven. Doing laundry. Drinking shots of Evan Williams bourbon whiskey. Watching the remake of "True Grit". Rolling a carton of cigarettes. Smoking a bowl and drinking more whiskey. I love being a redneck country boy. I need to make love to my woman..... :) |

I cant go to church, I have a pulled muscle, and no ride, except my bike.
Soooooooo, im having church at home today. Read more of the bible, praise and worship, and bible study. 
Then WALK Boogie, since I cant run for a few days. 
And get ahold of "The Cancer Society". I want to start doing charity work for them, ASAP!
I think I could be a good counselor, for newly diagnosed patients, 
since ive been told I had a slim chance, lived, and know how it feels to have cancer, 
and how to whoop its azz!
