Topic: Iran vs Israel: The Facts | |
---|---|
A quick read of this heading out the door realy is not definitive at all. It seems that the items could be used or might be used and its the same rubbish they used to justify the Iraq war (that turned out real good for america) I was suprised to see they didnt mention any yellow cake from Nigeria. Or mobile chemical weapons labs ![]() Again though Israels aresenal is ignored. Mass hypocracy. Without being a conspiracy theorists its safe to say that Jews own allmost all forms of media in the US, its no big suprise that people are so propagated and misinformed. ![]() To gain a greater understanding of an issue facts are all that matter. The power of lies, deceptions and disinformation as Americans pay the price of collective stupidity. “You know very well, and the stupid Americans know equally well, that we control their government, irrespective of who sits in the White House. You see, I know it and you know it that no American president can be in a position to challenge us even if we do the unthinkable. What can they (Americans) do to us? We control congress, we control the media, we control show biz, and we control everything in America. In America you can criticize God, but you can’t criticize Israel…” Israeli spokeswoman, Tzipora Menache Haha, a fake person with a fake quote from an anti-Jewish website. Optomistic - what makes me think I should never believe your quotes and posts!!! ITS BASICLY A GOOD ASSESMENT of the current climate. Says you, Optomistic and probably Jellybean, but not many else. Israel has many more supporters than you would wish to think, so with all your comspiracy theories, hate, thinking the Jews will take over the world, blah blah blah, your views are totally off the wall The five danceing Israelis also opened my eyes to some things so I began trying to find answers to my obviouse quistion of why would a firm ally betray this country in so many ways all the while takeing money from the tax payers who have had to borrow from china? Well after a few hours googling it was pretty apparent that only one side of the story is being told to the distracted american people. So here I am liveing in a country that was once the envy of the world so forgive me if I am seeking answers as to why my cvountry has gone to crap. Personaly I am doing fine and often I wonder why I bother at all but from what I am seeing the trend is for america to be come a real crappy country and its almost a police state now and sometimes I even fear what I may say or write and that fear tells me I no longer live in the america I was born into. Its allmost to late and this occupy movement should have started a decade ago after Bush stole his first election. For sure the lunatics are running the asylum that america has become. |

![]() Don't take it from me - read the November 2011 IAEA report! =-=-=-= VIENNA | Tue Nov 8, 2011 4:35pm EST (Reuters) - The U.N. nuclear watchdog issued Tuesday its most detailed report to date pointing to research, experiments and other activities in Iran geared to developing the capability to make nuclear bombs. Here are some of the highlights from the report distributed to member states of the International Atomic Energy Agency: POSSIBLE MILITARY DIMENSIONS TO IRAN'S WORK: "While some of the activities identified in the (report's) annex have civilian as well as military applications, others are specific to nuclear weapons," the report said. "The information indicates that prior to the end of 2003 the above activities took place under a structured program. There are also indications that some activities relevant to the development of a nuclear explosive device continued after 2003, and that some may still be ongoing." "The Agency has serious concerns regarding possible military dimensions to Iran's nuclear program. After assessing carefully and critically the extensive information available to it, the Agency finds the information to be, overall, credible. The information indicates that Iran has carried out activities relevant to the development of a nuclear explosive device." "The Agency is concerned because some of the activities undertaken after 2003 would be highly relevant to a nuclear weapon program." TECHNICAL FINDINGS: The below includes extracts from the annex to the IAEA report which cites information from member states the agency has assessed as credible. Iran has: -- Sought to procure equipment, materials and services which would be useful in the development of a nuclear explosive device. These include high speed electronic switches and spark gaps which could be used for triggering and firing detonators, neutron sources, radiation detection and measuring equipment, training courses on topics relevant to nuclear explosives development. -- Been provided with nuclear explosive design information, a member of a clandestine nuclear supply network told the agency in 2007. -- Sought information on how to convert highly-enriched uranium into a metal, a step needed to make a nuclear core for a weapon. -- Developed "exploding bridgewire detonators." "Iran's development of such detonators and equipment is a matter of concern," the report said, citing links to an initiation system. -- Conducted high-scale explosive experiments in the region of Marivan. -- Manufactured simulated nuclear explosive components using high density materials such as tungsten. -- Built a large explosives containment vessel to conduct experiments at Parchin in 2000. -- Carried out nuclear device modeling studies in 2008 and 2009. -- Worked to manufacture small capsules suitable for carrying components filled with nuclear material. Such components could be used in a fission chain reaction. This work may have continued after 2004. -- Planned and carried out preliminary experiments which would be useful for the testing of a nuclear bomb. -- Studied how to fit payloads onto the re-entry vehicle of a Shahab 3 missile and examined how they would function in theory during launch and flight. The activities may be relevant to a non-nuclear payload but would be highly relevant to a nuclear weapon program, the IAEA said. -- Worked on developing a prototype firing system which would allow a payload to explode in the air above a target, or upon hitting the ground in the missile re-entry vehicle. From the main report: -- Iran has started moving nuclear material to the underground Fordow nuclear site and installed two cascades of 174 enrichment machines. They were not yet connected and were the old IR-1 model which Iran has installed at its main Natanz enrichment plant. -- Iran has 8,000 installed centrifuge machines at Fordow, around 6,200 are in operation. It has produced 4,922 kg of low-enriched uranium since 2007, or enough for a handful of nuclear weapons if enriched to higher levels. 'The day after Iran's first nuclear test is a normal day'
A bizarre article on a Revolutionary Guard website breaks a taboo by anticipating the impact of an Iranian bomb * o Tweet this o o reddit this * Comments (…) Iran Revolutionary Guards Members of Iran's Revolutionary Guards march during a military parade in Tehran Photograph: Morteza Nikoubazl/Reuters/Reuters Any mention of an Iranian nuclear weapon is taboo in the Islamic Republic, which insists that its nuclear programme is entirely for peaceful, civil purposes. So it is remarkable, to say the least, that an article has appeared on the Gerdab website, run by Iran's Revolutionary Guards, anticipating the day after Iran's first test of a nuclear warhead. Here is a translation of the text: The day after Iran's first nuclear test is a normal day. The day after Islamic Republic of Iran's first nuclear test will be an ordinary day for us Iranians but in the eyes of some of us there will be a new sparkle. It's a good day. It's seven in the morning. The sun is not fully up yet but everywhere is bright. In the northern hemisphere many countries are beginning the day... The day before, probably in central deserts of Iran, where once Americans and some other Western countries wanted to bury their nuclear waste, an underground nuclear explosion has taken place. The strength of the explosion was not so great as to cause severe damage to the region nor so weak that Iranian scientists face any problems in running their tests. Today is a normal day like any other. Like 90% of the year, there is news about Iran, and these are the headlines which can be seen on foreign news sites: Reuters: Iran detonated its nuclear bomb CNN: Iran detonated nuclear bomb Al-Jazeera: The second Islamic nuclear bomb was tested Al-Arabia: The Shia nuclear bomb was tested Yahoo! News: Nuclear explosion in Iran Jerusalem Post: Mullahs obtained nuclear weapon Washington Post: Nuclear explosion in Iran, Shock and despair in Tel Aviv Meanwhile, the domestic media will offer many congratulations to the Hidden Imam and the Supreme Leader: Keyhan: Iran's first nuclear bomb was tested Jomhoori-e-eslami: Iran successfully carried out a nuclear test Iran: By order of the president, Iran's 100% homemade nuclear bomb was tested Ettela'at: Iran's much anticipated nuclear bomb exploded This strange, hypothetical, article, which first appeared on April 24, hammers home again and again the message that an Iranian nuclear test will not lead to disaster. On the contrary, life will go as before except that Iranians will feel better about themselves. The news commotion will not knock life in Iran off balance. Civil servants will punch in at work on time as always, while some will be late as always. ...The day after the Islamic Republic of Iran's first nuclear test will be an ordinary day for us Iranians but in the eyes of some of us there will be a new sparkle. A sparkle of national pride and strength. This has the look of a kite being flown, but for whom? It could be intended to get Iranians used to the idea of a nuclear test, and less fearful of international reaction. It could be a gesture of defiance to the world by hardline elements - according to independent experts, Gerdab is run by the Revolutionary Guards' cyber defence command, which is presumably still smarting from the Stuxnet attack. Opposition websites describe it as an enforcement tool for the regime, identifying and threatening independent bloggers inside Iran. The article comes during a period when Tehran's official stance is particularly defiant and assertive, announcing today that it will triple its production of 20% enriched uranium and shift it to the underground Fordow site, near Qom. Meir Javedanfar, an Iranian-Israeli expert on the Tehran regime currently lecturing in Colombia, described the Gerdab article as "unbelievable". I have never seen anything like this report. It's breaking a major taboo. For now we have to treat it as a one off. However if this report is followed by others similar to it, then it would signify a major change in the way Iran refers to its nuclear program. It would mean that Iran has decided to use the idea of a nuclear bomb as a deterrence against further sanctions and the possibility of a military attack by the West. It could also be a tool for the regime to boost its waning popularity at home. Such a change could prove to be very damaging in the short and long term, as it would be a significant boost for western efforts to isolate Iran and to consolidate the international consensus against the Islamic Republic and its nuclear program. Such isolation and deteriorating economic situation could be more damaging to the regime's top priority, which is its survival, than a military attack by the West. http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/julian-borger-global-security-blog/2011/jun/08/iran-blogging |

Last month the Guardian was told by British defence ministry officials that if the US brought forward plans to attack Iran (as they believed it might), it would "seek, and receive, UK military help", including sea and air support and permission to use the ethnically cleansed British island colony of Diego Garcia.
Remember Diego Garcia The Brits ethnically cleansed Diego Garcia Displace people to install an American Base Israel is an American Base Do you really believe that your rulers care about people. The British American and Israeli Threesome of Death and Destruction |

Iran is of course an authoritarian state, though not as repressive as western allies such as Saudi Arabia. But it has invaded no one in 200 years. It was itself invaded by Iraq with western support in the 1980s, while the US and Israel have attacked 10 countries or territories between them in the past decade. Britain exploited, occupied and overthrew governments in Iran for over a century. So who threatens who exactly?

A US or Israeli attack on Iran would turn that regional maelstrom into a global firestorm.
Iran would certainly retaliate Iran can block the 20% of global oil supplies shipped through the Strait of Hormuz. Quite apart from death and destruction, the global economic impact would be incalculable |

Quite apart from death and destruction, the global economic impact would be incalculable That's right. Don't confront the terrorists! They must be allowed to develop nuclear weapons! Otherwise they might get mad! No one can touch Iran or they will unleash the most devastating set of bus and train bombings the world has ever seen - in London, NY, Tel Aviv and Madrid! The devastation could be incalculable. It might be nothing or it could be a lot or maybe it would be kind of in between. We just can't tell! It's incalculable! Run Away! ![]() |

There seems little doubt that the US administration is deeply wary of a direct attack on Iran. But in Israel, Barak has spoken of having less than a year to act; Binyamin Netanyahu, the prime minister, has talked about making the "right decision at the right moment"
