Topic: Length.. - part 25 | |

As much as I wish I could say that you have a great point, I cannot go to his best friend. The Saudi culture is harsh like that. The moment I leave my husband's side is the day Omar is closed from my life completely of his own volition. It is a heart-breaking sacrifice I have to make. And I have to accept the consequences. Having lived in Riyadh for two years, I can say that I empathize. Definitely a different culture. Whatever path you take, I wish you well. ![]() |

Honestly, OIF, I miss Israel. I could never see myself living in Saudi Arabia. Ever. No matter how hard I tried.

Honestly, OIF, I miss Israel. I could never see myself living in Saudi Arabia. Ever. No matter how hard I tried. Completely understandable! Saudi Arabia is a terrible place for women. Worse than the worst fundamentalist Christian commune on our own soil by a long shot. Maybe we can move Westboro baptist there after evacuating all the sane, rational people and let them deal with each other? Nice dream anyway. |

LOL why do you think that, ese? it's sad that governments are chiefed by the double tongues. there is iron in your words of death for all comanche to see, and so there is iron in your words of life. no signed paper can hold the iron. it must come from men. the words of bulldog carries the same iron of life and death. it is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life... or death. it shall be life |

it's a quote from the movie outlaw josey wales(except the bulldog part, it originally said ten bears)
basically, i feel people don't put weight into their words like they used to. you speak with iron in your tongue, as in everyone can believe what you say HE |
