Krupa, I think this is a great idea.

I've interacted with Charles quite a bit over the past few years, and I can tell you, he's a great person to work with. He puts an enormous amount of time and energy into this site, into making it a better place for all of us, but he never loses his sense of humor and he's never too busy to address any issue I've ever brought to him.

I can't tell you when his birthday is, either, but I'm all for the idea of giving him some appreciation and acknowledgment regardless. We're lucky to have him.
