Yea that's usually my problem. I over analyze everything!

Usually I sleep really well. but when I'm stressed, I wake up about 3 am thinking about all sorts of things I need to deal with. If I don't write them down and get them out of my head, I won't get back to sleep for hours... pffft. Thank gawd it isn't chronic. I feel for those of you who have chronic insomnia.

I only have chronic insomnia in patches, like tonight when I have to get up in 2 more hours.
