Lady and me go for walks or work out in the yard. I shouldn't encourage her when she makes the neighbor's guineas fly up a tree. And she only chased that neighbor's cat up a tree because she was bored this morning. When she is running real fast it is like she sails through the air.

a walk along the river watch a comedy ... or an entire 13 episode season of Mad Men - depends how big the funk is ... listen to music paint catch up with friends online I don't have those days often but yeah sometimes ... it feels like nothing is rolling smoothly ... Awww I'm sorry 
I used to ... but I would mask it in humour. These days I don't mask it ... I am genuinely happier. It helps not having to worry about how to pay rent. I remember those days too ... Winterblue ... I feel for you and hope life gets easier

If it's real bad, I cry. I try to embrace my feelings and go with the flow. I also love listening to music... blasting, lighting some candles, sipping on some wine and dancing the night away. When my kids were younger <minus the wine> they use to sit on the couch and watch me. Sometimes they would dance with me...other times just watch and smile or clap, and I would bow <giggle>. The hardest times I have these days isn't with the lonliness...it's with the bills. Worrying weather or not this pay or that pay is going to cover my expenses. Many paydays I cry...but I manage to get by...with alot of prayers and thanks .
I can totally picture mommy dancing with her babies clapping, or dancing with her, and her bowing, and its a precious visual.
Money is tuff these days, especially for a single mom with children, but your definitely telling the truth when you say that HE helps you get by. He is amazing!

This is me. I don't often get depressed, but when I do, just getting myself to laugh just doesn't work. I cry if I need it, but mostly what I do is praise G-d. Usually by singing. It may sound weird, but to me when I'm feeling insignificant, thanking G-d for what I do have and what he's done for me always carries me out of the blues. I take the dog for a walk (raises seratonin levels)and sing quietly to myself. It works wonders for me. After that, I talk to my sister. We were raised to compete with each other; she was the Golden Child and I was the screw up and we carried that attitude into our adult lives. We wasted a lot of years not getting along. About 10 years ago, we tossed the past and just decided to love and accept one another. I can tell her anything! It's great.

These are the stories as a news reporter I love to tell.This is the heartwarming story of 2 twins, separated at birth, and living their entire lives with no knowledge of each other,that is, until they joined a dating site called "Mingle",where in the forums they noticed that they shared alot in common. That leading to them finally reuniting ,as brother and sister once again.  Im sorry that story just really chokes me up!

I put on some tunes and Kick Out The Jams Mother Fuggers.
You will love this one. In 1985 when Motley Crue did the cover of the song:"Smokin` In The Boy`s Room. My 2 sons who ages 15 and 16 at the time, told me that I needed to hear this brand new song. When they played it for me, I laughed, got up, and walked toward my record collection.Pulled out The Brownsville Station album that had the song on it and told them. Here, now listen to the original. 
They both about crapped their pants.
