when they're talking to you, do you tend to get mesmerized by your reflection? That's a great question... I am learning everyday to listen. My mind wanders sometimes thinking of what I'm going to say; and I have to remind myself to "stop!" all the chatter....and just Hear what they are saying. I have to practice everyday because my Attention Deficiencies tend to take over sometimes. I also read alot of self=help books. I read one <don't recall the name of it now>; but it said to pay attention to your feet and "feel" them when you walk. |

I'm a natural listener. It's funny I used to work I a grocery store and they played music constantly, when someone would be talking to me, I would be listening to them, but also to the song playing so I would repeat random lyrics and they would get confused,it was funny.
I do have some ad though, it's more of a symptom though. |
